The mission has not changed since Coach Andy Olds wrote it on a whiteboard twenty years ago: build into the most competitive football program in Ohio while inspiring and equipping current and future leaders. Coach Garvin took over a championship culture in 2024 and is taking it further — D-II Region 8 contention, college placement, and a leadership program built around the words on the wall: leaders create culture, culture drives behaviors, behaviors produce results.
